Refund policy

Items can be returned within 90 days of the purchase with receipt. Final-sale and clearance items cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are not covered by GSDH unless the return is a result of council error or a defective product. Contact a Retail Specialist PRIOR to sending any returns. Contact Member Services at 800-666-2141 or at help@gsdakotahorizons.org and ask to speak with a Retail Specialist.
